I started off sharing these tips with one friend, then I thought why just share to one? So I sent them to my closed friend circle, then I thought why just share to my friends? Hope these help! For context on my perspective, I'm an undiagnosed neurodivergent with possible Autism, ADHD and OCD, but I can't legitimately claim I have these as of now.
But I'm much more certain on having introversion, Sensory Processing Sensitivity, and some form of chronic fatigue.

Massage/heating pad:
Soon, I'll be ordering a heating pad with a massage setting. Of course, I won't use the heating feature right now, but I think the vibration feature will help me relax when overstimulated.

Noise machine:
When there's noise in the house and I want to focus on something or sleep, or even if there isn't any noise and I just need something relaxing to occupy my ears---I turn on my noise machine. It's just a little device that has some preset noise loops, most of which are nature sounds, but the only one I like is the white noise one. The other ones have a noticeable loop that breaks me out of my zen mode, whereas the white noise is one continuous sound and it basically makes the same noise as a fan.

Meditation:
I recommend guided meditation videos. If you're not used to it and it's hard to focus, I recommend starting off with 5 minute ones. Whether you prefer male or female voices, or it doesn't matter to you is your preference, but I prefer female ones. The videos themselves will tell you it's okay to become unfocused during the session---I've been using these vids for a few years now and I still lose focus.
The idea is to start with 5 mins and work yourself up to 30-60 mins for the best sessions of relaxation. I always feel recharged when I do them, and frankly I should do them more.
Remembering to do it daily can be hard, so don't be hard on yourself if you miss any days, but always try to do 5 mins at least once a day. Eventually, you might find you can practice without the videos, but there's no reason you need to go cold turkey on them even if you can do it independently.

Slow down:
If you find yourself speedwalking for mundane tasks, try to be more mindful---slow down on your way to doing things that aren't pressing matters. Heck, I'd argue slow down for the pressing ones as much as you can. Practice being present, listening to your body as often as you can. I've found by listening to my body more than my anxiety, I feel sharper and more energetic, but also more relaxed.
Even outside of meditation sessions, take moments of mindful, slow breaths in and out when you find yourself becoming overwhelmed.

Games/brain teasers:
You can't meditate all the time, but you also can't be creative all the time to give yourself something to do when restless. So play more games. Games like Sonic can be good to pass time, but you might find those can be overstimulating. Brain teasers/puzzles are an amazing, relaxing passtime. Brain teasers engage/occupy your brain without you having to get too intellectually or emotionally engaged in something. My favorite is Worldle Unlimited. It's free and can be accessed from browser on any device. You have a Switch, so consider looking for brain teaser games on there if you take your Switch around, or even just around the house.

Weighted blanket:
I have a weighted blanket that helps with tossing and turning at night. I don't even know how I used to sleep without it. Put your usual blanket directly on you and the weighted one over it if the material isn't to your liking.
